baked macaroni and cheese balls

Ingredients baked macaroni and cheese balls


1 box of your favorite macaroni & cheese <I used Kraft aka Kraft Dinner>
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 dash of salt & pepper to taste
1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 tbsp milk
1 cooking spray

how to make baked macaroni and cheese balls


cook mac and cheese according to directions on box, then spread evenly in a 9 x 9 pan and refrigerate overnight or until cold and set


preheat oven 350F/spray cookie sheet lightly with cooking spray


in a small bowl whisk egg and milk together


in a second bowl combine flour, garlic and onion powders, and salt & pepper


in a third bowl combine the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese


cut cold mac and cheese into 1" x 1" squares


form a square into a ball, roll in flour mixture, then into egg mixture, and then into the breadcrumbs repeat for all mac & cheese


place on prepared cookie sheet


bake 30 min or until desired crustyness is achieved


turn every 10 minutes to make sure all sides toast
