Ingredients amies pancit canton
1/4 kg shrimps
1 chicken breast
2 clove garlic crushed
1 onion chopped
1/4 lean pork sliced
5 pcs. chicken liver
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ajinomoto if desired
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 cup broth
1 carrot in strips
1 head cauliflower cut into flowerettes
4 cabbage leaves shredded
2 tbsp cornstarch dispersed in 1/4 cup water
1 packages pancit canton (dried Chinese noodles)

Saute garlic, onion and pork.
Combine carrot. Mix well.
Add chicken liver, shrimps and chicken meat. Season with salt, ajinomoto and soy sauce. Pour broth and bring to a boil.
Add all the other vegetables. Thicken with dispersed cornstarch.
Stir canton and cook 10 minutes. Serve hot!
