Ingredients avocado omelette diet lunch
2 eggs
1/2 avocado
1 small onion
3 tbsp shimeji mushroom or any mushroom
1 tbsp butter
1 dash salt
1 dash black pepper
GARNISH
5 slice thinly parmesan cheese

with melt butter quick saute onion and mushroom
lightly beaten eggs with a dash of salt then once its egg white almost set add dash of pepper
add dice avocado then gently fold over and serve
top thinly sliced parmesan cheese
