Ingredients bacon parmesan craker bites
1 box Tollhouse (or knockoff) Club House Crackers. I've used Ritz but prefer the clubhouse
1 packages Thin not thick sliced bacon
1 packages Kraft Grated Parmesan cheese I use Kraft because they don't add fillers. I've not taken the time to grate my own up that fine. These aren't meant to be fancy.

Preheat your oven to 250°F.
Ok let's assemble these lil bits of awesome. Take your cracker, and top with a slightly heaping spoon of parmesan cheese. It should cover the entire cracker. Mine kept spilling as I was trying to take a picture, but you get the idea. See photo.
Now wrap your cheese, and cracker in a blanket of bacon! Be sure to entirely cover the entire cracker, otherwise they won't come out right. See photo
Place your bacon wrapped crackers on a rack on top of a cookie sheet. If you don't have a rack use a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Yes, you must use the parchment paper.
Bake at 250, for 2HR. Don't rush these, They need this time to cook.
