Ingredients baked citrus tilapia


2 tilapia filets
1/3 cup champagne vinaigrette
1 drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp orange peel seasoning
2 tsp ground coriander seed
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp white pepper
1 salt

how to make baked citrus tilapia


Marinate tilapia in champagne vinaigrette for one hour. Rinse and pat dry.

Drizzle EVOO over filets. Season.

Bake uncovered at 350° for approximately 10-15 minutes or until fish reaches 145°

Garnish with lime zest and minced parsley.
