Ingredients blue berry crumble muffins
Crumble topping
1/2 cup White Sugar
1/3 cup Flour
1/4 cup Butter
1 tsp Cinnamon
Muffins
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/3 cup oil
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 cup Blue Berries
how to make blue berry crumble muffins
preheat oven 400°F.
Combine Sugar, Flour, Butter & Cinnamon in a small bowl with a Fork.
Combine Flour, Sugar, Salt & Baking Powder.
Place oil into 1cup measuring cup, add egg and enough milk to fill to 1 cup line.
Mix this to dry mixture. Mix well.
Fold in Blueberries.
Fill Muffin cups to top.
Sprinkle all ready made Crumble topping on.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes
