1 1/2 lb Wild flounder fillet (any other tall white fish)
1 1/2 Lemon
1 Bell Pepper
1 Onion
1 bunch Green Onion
3 tbsp Paprika
3 clove Garlic
1 can Coconut Milk
3 Ripe Tomatoes
1 cup Red Palm Oil

Cut the Fish in cubes
Add: paprika, salt, pepper, and lemons
Let it marinate for approximately 30min
Dice the tomatoes, onions, bell peppers
Place the Fish
And the other ingredients
In to a Pan
Add coconut milk
Let it cook in low temperature for about 20
Add one cup of Red Palm Oil and let it cooking for more 10min
And that's it you're done
