Ingredients cheddar cheese potato soup
2 tbsp oil
1 onion chopped
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
6 cup chicken broth
4 cup potatoes peeled and diced
1 cup corn
1 cup broccoli
1 cup half & half
1/2 cup cheese
how to make cheddar cheese potato soup
in a large stockpots over medium heat saute onions in oil until translucent about 10 minutes.
add butter. stir in flour salt and pepper and cook 3min
add chicken stock and potato and broccoli bring to boil and simmer uncovered. 15 min until. potato are tender. add corn and cook 10 min.
add half & half and cheese
cook 5 min more until cheese is melted
season to taste with salt and pepper.
serve hot.
