how to make coquito traditional puerto rican drink
Mix all ingredients in a blender.
Leave in refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve really cold but do not add ice.
You may discard the rum if you want, but the flavor wont be the same. I would recommend reducing the amount. If you have kids you should separate a part for them before you add the rum, and after you separate it, add rum (but according to how much is left).
FOR THE DECORATION! With a cup, dip the tip/upper part with condensed milk and afterwards dip it in shredded coconut or candy cane crumbs (Just mash candy canes with a hammer). After you pour the coquito, add a dash of cinnamon powder to add color, and if you want a cinnamon stick for decoration. Your guests will be delighted!
