cornbread waffles

Ingredients cornbread waffles


1 3/4 cup flour
1 1/4 cup cornmeal
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 cup milk/ buttermilk
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 large eggs

how to make cornbread waffles


Preheat waffle iron.


Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add milk, oil, and eggs. Stir until smooth.


Pour batter into waffle iron. Bake until steaming begins to stop.


Serve warm with honey butter or warm maple syrup.
