Ingredients curried potatoes peas and bacon
5 small potatoes or 2 large ones
450 grams frozen peas
50 grams bacon
1 garlic clove
1 small onion (optional)
seasoning
1 salt
1 black pepper
1 paprika
1 curry powder
1 rosemary
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 tsp dijon mustard (optional)
1 good quality olive oil
how to make curried potatoes peas and bacon
Peel and chop onions, chop garlic finely. Put in a pot over medium high heat. Add bacon.
After about a minute, add peeled and cubed potatoes, peas and enough water to almost submerge the vegetables and bacon. Cover the pot.
Cook for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked, stirring occasionaly. Take off heat. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, curry powder, rosemary, dijon mustard and olive oil.
