Ingredients gourmet chicken
Chicken Marinade
1 head garlic (peel skin and pitt)
1/2 tbsp chili flakes
5 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
1 tsp salt
2 pinch ground black pepper
3 chicken leg quarter(legs w/ thigh)
1 zip lock bag
how to make gourmet chicken
In a food processor combine ingredients 1 to 5 and blend.
Wash Chicken and pat try
Place marinade and chicken in ziplock bag and marinade for atleast 2 hours (max 24 hours)
Bake chicken in oven at 200 celcius for 45mins - 1 hour (make sure to turn chicken every 15 mins to prevent sides from burning.
Once cook partner with your favorite carb, rice or pasta.. enjoy! [=
