4 Veal Chops
1 olive oil
1 salt & pepper to taste
8 oz package of slice mushrooms
2 cup White wine
2 clove garlic minced
1 salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter

Heat grill

drizzle olive oil onto chops, season salt & pepper.

grill to your liking.

in a pan for the grill, add wine, mushrooms, garlic, salt & pepper.

reduce wine sauce to half, add butter.

Plate Veal Chop & add wine sauce. Enjoy:)
