healthy blueberry oatmeal muffins

Ingredients healthy blueberry oatmeal muffins


1 cup Fat free vanilla yogurt or plain fat free yogurt
1 cup Old fashioned oats
2 Egg whites slightly beaten
1/4 cup Canola oil
1/2 cup Packed brown sugar
1 1/3 cup flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup Fresh blueberries or frozen(do not thaw)

how to make healthy blueberry oatmeal muffins


Heat oven to 400


In small bowl mix yogurt and oats. In large bowl mix egg, oil, and brown sugar. Stir in flour baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.


Next add yogurt, oat mixture (batter will be lumpy) gently stir in blueberries. Divide batter among 12 muffin cups.


Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
