Ingredients lasagna rollups


1 packages lasagna noodles
1 1/2 packages pancietta (basically diced bacon-found in coolers by deli)
1 packages frozen spinach thawed
1 8 oz ricotta
1 egg
1 small diced onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch each season salt and black pepper
1 1/2 jars of your favorite spaghetti sauce (I use Prego)
1 packages shredded four cheese blend

how to make lasagna rollups


Preheat oven @ 400 °. Saute pancietta, onion & garlic in 1 tbsp olive oil. Set aside when done.

Boil noodles as directed & let cool.

Mix ricotta and egg, first, then add all ingredients together, except noodles.

Then take 1 noodle & spread mixture from end to end. Take one end & roll it up. Place in greased 13x9in pan seam side down. Repeat.

When finished, pour spaghetti sauce on top, then shredded cheese. Cover with foil & bake for 40 minutes then serve with salad and garlic bread.
