Ingredients mandys chicken pasta bake
5 large chicken breasts cubed
2 large onion chopped
2 clove garlic chopped
1 tsp red pepper flake
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp smoked paprika
to taste salt n pepper
750 grams italian passata sauce( same as tomato sauce with italian herbs )
1/2 cup favourite cheese
750 grams pasta penne and fussili

Cook pasta as per instructions until slightly al dente
In a large saute pan add chopped chicken onions and all herbs, salt and pepper for five minutes then add passata and cook for another 10 minutes
When pasta is cooked drain and return to pot then add cooked chicken and sauce and blend together well
Put mixture into an oven proof dish and top with cheese,put in the oven at 350°F/180°C and cook until the cheese melts around 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven allow to sit out for 5 minutes before serving.
