Ingredients meatloaf gluten free
2 lb ground turkey (or your prefered meat)
2 eggs
1 cup quaker instant oatmel
3 oz tomatoe paste
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 sweet onion (diced)
1/2 green pepper (diced)
1/4 tsp ground sage
1/4 tsp paprika
1 8th teaspoon ground mustard
1 8th teaspoon sea salt
1 8th teaspoon parsley
1 8th teaspoon black pepper

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup

Preheat oven to 350·
In a small bowl mix spices and 1/4 cup brown sugar
In a large bowl combine ground meat, eggs, tomatoe paste and spices.
Add in instant oats, diced onion and green peppers.
Spray a 12 cup muffin pan with cooking spray
Divide the meat mixture evenly between the 12 muffin cups (will be about 1/2 cup of meat mixture)
Cook at 350· for about 45 - 50 minutes
Mix together ketchup and brown sugar for sauce in a small sauce pan
Cook sauce on low until heated through and brown sugar is dissolved
Place meatloaf muffin on plate and top with sauce. Suggested sides mashed potatoes and salad
