Ingredients mini madeleines


3 eggs
150 grams white sugar
30 grams honey
2 tbsp vanilla extract
150 grams flour(shifted)
2/3 tsp baking powder
150 grams butter

how to make mini madeleines


Preheat oven to 400°F.


Cream together the eggs, sugar, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.


Stir in the flour and baking powder.


Stir in the melted butter.


Cover and refrigerate the batter for at least an hour.


Spoon the batter into the pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
