3 eggs
1 3/4 cup plain white flour
1 3/4 cup fine grained white sugar
3 tbsp light cream mixed in 1 cup hot water
2 tsp baking powder ( level )
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup sifted cocoa powder
1/2 cup oil

Mix together sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa. This ensures it's well aerated and mixed properly.

Then add the rest of the dry ingredients. Mix properly.

Now using the eggs, oil and vanilla extract, whisk these together in a bowl. Add the yougart mixture to it and whisk again.

Now, pour the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix well.

In a greased baking pan, fill it up with final batter such that the pan is 2/3 rd full.

Bake in a pre heated oven at 180-190 c for 17-20 mins or when the toothpick comes out clean.

Slice the prepared brownies into 16 pieces or more.
