Ingredients peanut butter oatmeal cookies
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 2/3 cup peanut butter
3 large eggs
1 tsp baking soda
5 1/2 cup rolled oats ( not cooked)
1 packages milk chocolate chips (6oz) bag

Cream butter, with mixer : add both sugars till cumbles, mix in eggs and vanilla, then peanut butter, stir in baking soda and oats mix well then mix in chocolate chips .
Using a small ice cream scoop,...scoop the cookie dough onto cookie sheet, this will make 3 dozens bake on 350 for 14 to 16 minute then done ...let cool enjoy
U will want to flatten the cookies a little
