Ingredients pork chops rice gravy
1 cup diced onion
16 oz can cream o chicken
16 oz can cream o celery
6 large pork chops
16 oz chicken broth
1/2 cup seasoned flour
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 season to taste with garlic onion pepper etc
2 minced garlic cloves
how to make pork chops rice gravy
in a skillet, add oil, bring to med hi heat.
season chops, dredge in flour
add to skillet(pan) brown on both sides, about 4 min per side
after browned, remove to plate, add onions,sweat them until clear.add garlic when the onions are done. (garlic burns easily, & really tastes yucky)
add soups & broth& season to taste
bring to a boil, add chops, & turn heat to low, cook until tender
serve with rice.
if gravy is too thick for your liking, add water, but season accordingly
