Ingredients pork marsala
1/4 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 lb Pork tenderloin
1 tbsp Lt. Butter
1 Cooking spray
3/4 cup Marsala or red wine
1 Garlic clove
1 tsp Beef bouillon
1/2 tsp Ground black pepper

Shake half inch slices of pork in flour mix.
Melt butter in lg fry pan over med heat
Add optically till brown on both sides.
Remove from pancake remaining ingredients.
Reduce heat & summer uncovered 2 min.
