Ingredients pumpkin crunch cake


1 can Libby's Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix
2/3 cup (5 fl oz) Evaporated Milk
2 large Eggs
1 box Yellow Cake Mix
1 cup Chopped Nuts of your choice
1 1/2 block Butter or Margarine melted

how to make pumpkin crunch cake


Preheat oven to 350°


Lightly grease 13x9 pan


Mix pumpkin pie mix, evaporated milk and eggs


Pour pumpkin mixture into pan


Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top of pumpkin mixture


Sprinkle chopped nuts evenly over dry cake mix


Pour melted butter/margarine evenly over nuts and dry cake mix


Bake at 350° for 45-50 min
