Ingredients salsa roja
8 tomatoes
4 jalepeno peppers
1 small onion
3 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 clove garlic
2 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp olive oil
how to make salsa roja
boil tomatoes until soft
peel and chop onion
remove stem from jalepenos leave seeds
in food processor combine tomatoe onion and jalepenos blend
add cilantro,black pepper,olive oil,chili powder, garlic. blend again
place salsa in container and let sit for 1hr to enhance flavor. for more kick add a few serrano peppers to your liking. use to top tacos and any of your favorite foods!
