12 large jalapeños
1 packages shredded cheese
1 packages thick cut bacon

Core out jalapeños and stuff with cheese....
Wrap one piece of bacon around each stuffed jalapeño... use tooth pick to hold bacon. ..
Can use oven at 350 for an hour or until jalapeño becomes soft.....
I smoked them at 250 for 2.5 hours. ..
