Ingredients spicy garlic shrimp
2 tbsp Olive oil
12 oz Uncooked thawed shrimp (peeled)
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Salt (or more to taste)
2 tsp Crushed red pepper
1 tsp Flour (or less)
how to make spicy garlic shrimp
In a medium pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sautée for 1-2 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook for approximately 6 minutes, stirring frequently. Shrimp should be pink and solid white inside when fully cooked.
Add salt and crushed red pepper. Mix well.
Add a couple pinches of flour and stir. This will thicken the sauce and remove and excess moisture from pan. Enjoy!
