Ingredients taco pasta
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 can rotel 10 oz
1 can whole kernel corn 15.25 oz
1/2 can sliced black olives 2.25 oz
2 cup penne pasta
1 shredded cheddar or taco cheese
1 sour cream
how to make taco pasta
Brown ground meat, drain. Add taco seasoning and follow package directions.
Boil water and cook pasta as package directs.
Add Rotel, corn, and olives to meat mixture - drain all 3 before adding to pan. Cover and keep in medium-low heat until pasta is done.
Add cooked pasta to meat mixture and combine. Cook until everything is heated through.
Serve pasta with shredded cheese and sour cream on top - as much as you like!
