bunch fresh basil leaves
160 ml olive oil
5 clove garlic
45 grams walnuts almonds pine nuts or shelled sunflower seeds
40 grams nutritional yeast flakes
salt & pepper

Toast the nuts under the grill or in a dry frying pan until lightly browned
When they've cooled put them, with the rest of the ingredients, into a blender and puree
Season to taste and serve on pizza, pasta, fish, fries, burgers anything you like!
