60 grams smoked salmon slices (two strips)
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tbsp chopped corriander
4 spinach leaves chopped remove stems
1 dash black pepper
1 tsp lemon juice

how to make weezys smoked salmon and cream cheese spirals


Lay both strips of salmon on plate. Spread cream cheese over each strip evenly.


Sprinkle corriander and spinach evenly over cheese


Add lemon juice and dash of pepper. Carefully role the salmon to make a pinwheel shape and enjoy
