Ingredients breakfast pockets


4 eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheese
3/4 cup shredded hashbrowns
1 can biscuits
3 slice sausage or bacon

how to make breakfast pockets


Preheat oven to 350°F


Cook the eggs as you would make scramble eggs


Cook the hashbrowns as it says on the package


Cook the bacon or sausage like the package says


Open the can of biscuits and flatten them on a cookie sheet pan


Mix the cooked eggs, hashbrowns, sausage or bacon, and cheese together


Put a teaspoon of the mixture on each flatten biscuit and fold over to close the biscuit up


Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven
