Ingredients frozen white chocolate fudge pops
1 13 ounce can labeled "lite" coconut milk ( not full fat or sweetened )
12 oz premium white chocolate chopped
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
how to make frozen white chocolate fudge pops
Heat coconut milk just to a simmer in microwave or on stovetop.
Place white chocolate in bowl of the food processor, add heated oconut milk and mix until smooth, add vanilla and mix it in.
Fill your pop molds and freeze overnight.
