Ingredients horchata


1 cup Long rice
1 cup Warm water
2 tbsp Vanilla extract
1 cup Pure cane sugar
1 tsp Honey
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
12 oz Evaporated milk
3 cup cold water
1/2 cup Milk

how to make horchata


Let long rice soak in warm water. Put your vanilla extract in with the mixture and let it soak for at least 3 hours.


Place mixture into the blender with the evaporated milk, sugar, honey & cinnamon. Blend to a pourage like substance.


Add the milk and blend thoroughly. Strain out the chunks add the cold water & stir a bit.


Serve over ice.


Add rum for a good boozy drink
