Ingredients low calorie cheeseburger macaroni
2 cup whole wheat elbow noodles
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 lb 93% ground beef
1 tomatoe diced
2 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F
Cook noodles according to package
Sauté peppers and onion
Brown beef in same pan
Spray casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray
Add everything except cheeses and stir well
Top with cheese
