Ingredients seared salmon with balsamic glaze
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Water
1 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
4 tsp Light brown sugar
4 each 6 oz. center cut salmon pieces
2 tsp Vegetable oil

Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well.
Heat oil in skillet on med-high heat but not smoking.
Sear salmon for 3-4 mins on each side.
Remove salmon and set aside.
Pour glaze mixture into skillet and stir until reduced to about 1/3 cup.
Drizzle glaze over salmon and serve immediately.
